If you're the kind of buyer who likes to ask sensible questions before handing over cash – about service history, condition, or previous repairs – don’t bother. Mondial Cars clearly prefers silent buyers who don’t expect transparency or effort.The communication felt robotic. My questions were repeatedly ignored, especially when they required a real answer. Asking about service history or bodywork repainting led to complete silence. Only easy, surface-level queries got a response.The van was advertised as HPI clear. I ran my own check and found an active Hire Purchase agreement. Who would want to pay full price for a vehicle only to discover it legally belongs to a finance company, not them? I personally contacted Oodle Financial Services, who confirmed the finance had only just been settled and that the marker would take 3 working days to be removed. So the dealership wasn’t upfront — I had to do their job for them.Being treated with indifference before even viewing the vehicle raises serious concerns about what post-sale service might look like. This is not the level of professionalism you expect when spending thousands. Think twice before dealing with Mondial Cars.

Worst car buying experience!

Bought car end of May, by September had over a dozen trips to London to get faults repaired.The car spent nearly 6 weeks in various garages. The fault still remains.I have now been told the water pump that was replaced in June looks like it’s done over 100000 miles!So many other basic faults it’s unbelievable!The warranty has cost me thousands in transport costs… now sending to local garage to have car sorted.
