I recently had an amazing experience with Mondial Cars and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received. I part-exchanged my Mercedes A-Class for a Range Rover Evoque, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.I dealt with Paul, who was absolutely fantastic. He supported me every step of the way, keeping me updated throughout and really helping to ease my anxiety due to a previous negative experience with part exchange. His communication and reassurance made a huge difference.What stood out to me was how quick and efficient everything was. I initially went in just to view a car and get a valuation on mine, and I ended up leaving the same day in my dream car! The Range Rover Evoque was in beautiful condition, and the test drive was great. The team were incredibly supportive, even guiding me safely onto the road as I was a bit nervous pulling out.There were so many thoughtful touches that really showed their level of care. One of the team kindly gave me a USB charging adapter when they realised my phone didn’t fit the car’s port — this meant a lot as I had a long journey home and was worried about my phone battery. They also set up my Apple CarPlay for me before I left.They truly went above and beyond — One staff member even offered to ****** me on my journey home and said he would take the train back, which I thought was such a genuine and generous gesture. On top of that, they helped me sort out my road tax and drive-away insurance, making the whole experience completely stress-free.I have honestly never experienced this level of customer service before. I would confidently recommend Mondial Cars to friends and family, and I will definitely be returning in the future… unless I suddenly become rich and go for a Ferrari! 😊

Booked in advance but the car was not ready. The hybrid battery was at 0% and even after charging it didn’t increase, so the EV system couldn’t be tested. Both charging cables were missing as well. This is basic preparation for a plug-in hybrid and it wasn’t done. I left without being able to test the car properly. Disappointing experience.
