If you're the kind of buyer who likes to ask sensible questions before handing over cash – about service history, condition, or previous repairs – don’t bother. Mondial Cars clearly prefers silent buyers who don’t expect transparency or effort.The communication felt robotic. My questions were repeatedly ignored, especially when they required a real answer. Asking about service history or bodywork repainting led to complete silence. Only easy, surface-level queries got a response.The van was advertised as HPI clear. I ran my own check and found an active Hire Purchase agreement. Who would want to pay full price for a vehicle only to discover it legally belongs to a finance company, not them? I personally contacted Oodle Financial Services, who confirmed the finance had only just been settled and that the marker would take 3 working days to be removed. So the dealership wasn’t upfront — I had to do their job for them.Being treated with indifference before even viewing the vehicle raises serious concerns about what post-sale service might look like. This is not the level of professionalism you expect when spending thousands. Think twice before dealing with Mondial Cars.

This company is first class in every way, the staff are so helpfull and polite they helped me find the right car for my daughter she is over the moon. I will be going back in the new year for my new car.

Bought car end of May, by September had over a dozen trips to London to get faults repaired.The car spent nearly 6 weeks in various garages. The fault still remains.I have now been told the water pump that was replaced in June looks like it’s done over 100000 miles!So many other basic faults it’s unbelievable!The warranty has cost me thousands in transport costs… now sending to local garage to have car sorted.

Absolute bunch of ********. Agreed to purchase a car from them, was waiting for a video they promised to send me the same day. They sold the car to someone else (later that same day) and didn't even have the decency to notify me. What an amazing way to run your business.

Dear Darryl, I am really sorry we didn't get back to you within the time you expected, we had several customers onsite that day and were extremely busy for this I can only apologise. We have no control on customers coming in and buying cars and as you had not put a deposit to secure the vehicle this would mean it was still available.

Put in a finance application on Thursday morning, had to wait because of the bank holiday for a decision the application was accepted and documents sent over for me to Sign, I did ring up Monday to query the v car check showing outstanding finance on the car….to then be told this morning (Tuesday) they had in fact sold the car on Saturday absolutely appalling service

I called this seller and the guy said he would call back in 5 mins but he never calls back. When I called them again and the guy said he server other customers and forgot to call me. It is really not a good service
